Colorado has a thriving winemaking industry with over 80 commercial wineries!

My husband, Blake Eliasson, established a Colorado Winery, SettembreCellars, in 2007. Blake is the winemaker and sole employee of the winery. Through Blake's passion for wine I have discovered my own. While Blake focuses on winemaking, facility planning, and learning everything there is to know about the science of wine I have the opportunity to develop my palate, and also to put my imaging skills to creative use through graphic design projects for the winery. While I've had the opportunity to spend several
months this spring working with Blake on the new business I am
destined to return to full-time engineering work. Of course I'll still
be pouring and promoting some exceptional Colorado Wines
during my free time.
